TravelBrain GmbH was founded on January 25, 2006 and registered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Zurich on January 27, 2006. On November 1, 2022, the company relocated from Dietikon to the neighboring town of Spreitenbach and was newly registered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Aargau.
The company was founded by Adrian Matt and Traxess AG in equal parts. As of January 1, 2007, Adrian Matt acquired the capital contribution of Traxess AG and has since been the sole owner of TravelBrain GmbH.
