Marco is moving on – or when offers are irresistible

After a short but pretty intense time as freelancer for travelBrain Marco Zweifel has decided to accept a new challenge at Travelport Switzerland. In his new role as Head Account Management he will be the new No. 2 in Dieter Rumpel’s organisation.

A short sprint at travelBrain seems to be good enough to attract interest within the travel tech industry. With Ercument Aydin at Amadeus and Daniel Grenacher at Sabre two of our former colleagues have already made such a move.

I am glad to see that our name helps – however, I certainly had preferred to keep Marco in the team. During the short period he had initiated lots of interesting internal and external projects. Marco will remain a good friend of ours and will further support travelBrain with words and deeds.

Thanks a lot Marco for all your help and work over the last couple of months. Together with the team I wish you all the best for your new challenge at Travelport.
