travelbrain-adrian-mattWith more than 35 years in the travel industry Adrian has aquired extensive knowhow in various areas of the business. This includes the hands on work with multiple reservatiion and distributiion systems, establishing call- and fulfilment centers and the management of various departments and joint venture companies.

In 2006 Adrian Matt founded travelBrain and since then provides consultancy and project managemement for the travel industry.

As a project manager for a globally active TMC, Adrian Matt successfully managed the multinational implementation of call and fulfilment centres of a key customer. Other projects included process definitions, user acceptance and live tests for a middle office automatisation application. In addition, he was in charge of process analyses and the design of an integrated web application. For a leading operator of call centres in Central Europe, Adrian was entrusted with the analysis and documentation of the complete processes of the flight reservation centre. And for a renowned Swiss company group he was responsible for the evaluation and change of a global travel risk management solution and the implementation of a booking solution on the American continent.

Prior to starting at travelBrain, Adrian worked as a managing director at TRX in Switzerland, where he managed the setup and operation of the centre in Zurich and the coordination with the fulfilment centre for the French market in Paris. Under his leadership, a multinational team with over 100 employees was formed, offering customer care, telephone sales and fulfilment services for companies such as Opodo, ebookers, HRG (formerly BTI) and Holiday Autos in Germany, Austria, France, Great Britain and Switzerland.

Before founding TravelBrain and acting as a managing director at TRX, Adrian Matt worked in various executive positions for BTI Central Europe (Heute HRG) in Switzerland. All in all, he has over 35 years of experience and profound expertise in the fields of front, middle and back office processes and systems in traditional sales as well as in the call centre area.

Since August 2020 Adrian is also a certified TripBam Consultant and thus supports clients with larger hotel volumes in the active, ongoing optimization of their own hotel program.
