After several years of working as a specialist for reservation systems and system implementations as well as setting up the in-house travel management system for a leading airline, Sebastian became a freelance consultant in 2004. For travelBrain he is intensively involved in providing customer with consultation in the areas of travel management topics, evaluation and launch of expense management systems and the entire end-to-end processes in the field of business travel.

His major strengths are his outstanding understanding of the entire process chain, the applied front, middle and back office systems and the interaction of the individual systems. Sebastian offers process analyses and optimisations as well as the related increase in efficiency for travel management companies and their customers. He also passes on his expertise in customer training courses on site or in webinars. In addition, he maintains a excellent network in the industry.

Over the last years, Sebastian has supported companies, travel management companies and tour operators in extensive international projects.
