Gerry is a senior consultant with in-depth expertise in global travel management. He supports our customers with the holistic development of travel management programs and with its implementation. This includes topics such as actual / target analyses, process optimisation, tenders to service providers, evaluation, implementation, user acceptance, dedicated stakeholder reporting, etc.

When gaps need to be filled temporaritly he also assumes the role of an interim travel manager to subsitute for missing resources, to drive projects forward or to bridge unforeseen absences.

Gerry is also on the road as a Leadership Coach & Trainer. His focus is on systemic coaching for personality development of executives, strengthening of leadership and presence, the expansion of skills in challenging situations as well as stress management (mental and resilience training) according to the motto: “”Employees do not quit their job; they quit their boss!”
