Since more than 8 years Christopher works in the travel industry and gained excellent operational know-how. This includes one the one hand TMC front office processes, setups and integration of business travel software, and on the other hand experience in leading global projects and product management.

As a longtime employee of American Express International Inc. he could gather operational and project experiences in different divisions. During this time he took care about the newly implemented mid-office solution. Thanks to creating and implementing several self-made databases he achieved huge benefits in automation of former manual processes and knowledge management. As a consequence Christopher was promoted and moved to the Customer Implementation Team EMEA as an Implementation Project Manager and successfully implemented several customers.

His next step in his carrier led him into the Headquarter of Lufthansa City Center Reisebüropartner GmbH, where he started as a Product Manager – Global Management Systems.

He adopted overall responsibility for the tools Amadeus Open Profile Suite und eGlobalfares. Furthermore he was involved in evaluating a proper Travel Risk Managment tool.
